Guest Post Submission Guidelines

1. Content Quality & Word Count

  • Minimum word count: 1,000 words per article; for in‑depth resources or pillar content, 1,500+ words are preferred.

  • Content must provide genuine value with actionable insights, examples, or data—not generic or surface‑level information.

  • Articles must demonstrate real‑world experience, expertise, and trustworthiness (E‑E‑A‑T), especially for YMYL topics (health, finance, etc.).

2. SEO & On‑Page Optimization

  • Each article must target 1 primary keyword and 1–2 secondary/related keywords, used naturally in the content.

  • Include an SEO‑optimized title tag (under 60 characters, primary keyword near the start, brand name optional).

  • Provide a meta description (up to ~155 characters) summarizing the article with a clear benefit and soft call‑to‑action.

  • Use descriptive, keyword‑relevant headings (H2/H3) to structure sections logically and support semantic relevance.

  • Avoid keyword stuffing. Keywords must read naturally and support user intent, not just search engines.

3. Linking Policy

  • Internal links:

    • Include 2–4 contextual internal links to relevant existing articles on our site where it helps readers.

  • External links:

    • You may include up to 1–2 external links to high‑authority, relevant sources (research, gov/edu, reputable brands). No spammy or irrelevant sites.

  • Promotional links:

    • Typically, 1 do‑follow link to your site may be allowed if it is contextually relevant and non‑spammy; final decision is editorial.

    • Any additional promotional or commercial links may be set to no‑follow or removed at our discretion.

  • Anchor text must be natural and non‑spammy (no exact‑match keyword spam like “best cheap loans online”).

4. Originality, AI, and Plagiarism

  • All submissions must be 100% original and unpublished. No spinning, no rehashed content, and no reuse of the same article on other sites.

  • Plagiarism (including partial copy‑paste, lightly edited content, or uncredited paraphrasing) will result in immediate rejection and future bans.

  • AI usage policy:

    • Articles must be written and thoroughly edited by a human with genuine expertise. AI tools may be used for ideation/outlining only, not for generating final copy.

    • The final content must be human‑edited, fact‑checked, and stylistically coherent. Obvious AI‑generated text, generic phrasing, or hallucinated facts are not acceptable.

5. Formatting, Structure & Readability

  • Use clear headings and subheadings:

    • H1 (title), H2 for main sections, H3/H4 for subsections as needed, following a logical hierarchy.

  • Paragraphs should be short (2–4 sentences) with frequent subheadings every 200–300 words to improve scan‑ability.

  • Use bullet points and numbered lists to break down steps, tips, or features clearly.

  • Tone: conversational, informative, and professional; avoid jargon where possible and always explain complex terms.

  • Images:

    • If you provide images, you must own the rights or use properly licensed sources, and include attribution where required.

    • Supply images as attachments or share links, along with suggested alt text for accessibility and SEO.

6. Spam, Ads & Promotional Content

  • Articles should first serve the reader and our audience—not primarily promote your product or service.

  • Hard‑sell copy, excessive brand mentions, or affiliate‑style content will be rejected or heavily edited.

  • No link schemes, PBN links, casino, adult, hacking, crypto‑scam, or other “grey/black hat” verticals.

  • We reserve the right to edit, add no‑follow to links, or remove sections that appear overly promotional or manipulative.

7. Author Bio & Attribution

  • Provide a short author bio (40–60 words) highlighting your expertise and relevance to the topic.

  • You may include:

    • Your name and role

    • Company or brand name

    • 1 homepage or social profile link (may be do‑follow or no‑follow at our discretion)

  • A headshot image is optional but recommended for credibility and E‑E‑A‑T.

8. Submission & Editorial Rights

  • Submit your article in Google Docs, Word, or a shared document with edit access and all links clearly embedded.

  • Our editorial team may:

    • Edit for clarity, style, formatting, SEO, and internal linking

    • Adjust titles, meta descriptions, or headings to better fit our audience and SEO strategy.

  • Publication is not guaranteed until the article passes editorial review. Timelines may vary depending on our content calendar.

  • Once published, you may share the link on your site and social channels, but do not republish the full article elsewhere. Canonical or partial excerpts with a link back are fine.
